    Jade leads you through some advanced moves so that you build on your yoga practice. Who said you can't sweat when doing yoga?

  • Core Yoga Advanced

    Episode 2

    Ginette takes you through full core and pelvic floor activation in this core yoga. Build on what you've already learnt to achieve activation of the deeper muscle fascia. You'll work hard but in a controlled way.

  • Pilates 3

    Episode 3

    hysio Pilates is a controlled pilates workout from a series of 3. Number 3 takes you through the final movements that you have been building on over the weeks and works your core muscles a little deeper.

  • Yoga 3

    Use power in your Yoga practice by adding dumbbells. This higher intensity yoga workout will help build internal heat, increased stamina, strength, and flexibility, as well as help with stress reduction.
